This website has been created by former residents of Eastwell Lodge (aka Carleton Homes). A residential children’s home that prior to demolition, stood in Moor lane, Carleton nr Pontefract. 

 

For the past 3 years Ken Griffin has organised successful re-union evenings at the Parkside Hotel Pontefract. These are casual evenings where old friends meet and share memories over a drink or two (and sometimes a little bit more hic!).

 

Whilst these evenings are successful we are conscious that we are in contact with only a fraction of the former residents and staff of Eastwell Lodge. We would like to hear from many more.
